Customer Service can be a huge differentiator in business. Appliances Delivered wanted to put themselves to the test to illustrate just how good their Customer Service actually is.
What is better than demonstrating Customer Service than with real life examples? Two comedians were hired to prank call the Appliances Delivered Call Centre with seemingly legitimate requests and requirements around certain products; all with the intention to stress-test the respondents to determine just how good their Customer Service is.
Once the tapes from the Call Centre were handed over, they were transferred over animated videos which helped illustrate the story, all to hilarious results.
The Campaign was nominated for an Irish Industry Marketing Award.
